Ms. Conrad earned her law degree from California Western School of Law. While attending law school, she worked for the Attorney General’s Division of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse and Palomar Health’s in house legal department. Ms. Conrad has over 16 years of healthcare administrative and leadership experience and is well-versed in the dynamic healthcare environment. Her experience with medical staff credentialing, provider-payor managed care disputes, Medicare/ Medicaid regulations and compliance, medical billing, and physician recruitment sharpens her insight into the daily challenges our clients face.

In her free time, Katie enjoys starting and sometimes finishing DIY projects around her home. She loves (almost) every moment entertaining her two toddler boys and hopes to pick up hobbies again when they grow older. She and her husband are also proud parents to two dogs, Rosie and Cooper.
