Clara Roberts has experience in all aspects of civil litigation. She focuses her practice in the areas of healthcare, personal injury, and premises liability litigation.

Ms. Roberts’ prior experience includes defending complex construction defect, general personal injury, premises liability, employment discrimination, and landlord-tenant cases in California and Montana.  Throughout her career, Ms. Roberts has enjoyed volunteering and participating in professional organizations, including the Montana Office on Aging Legal Services Division and the Robert A. Banyard American Inn of Court. While practicing in Montana, Ms. Roberts helped establish the Yellowstone Area Bar Association’s mentoring program to promote civility, professionalism, and legal excellence. These experiences help Ms. Roberts provide outstanding representation to clients.

Ms. Roberts obtained her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2001. She graduated from the University of Montana in 1997. While studying at U of M, she lived and studied in Rome, Italy, where she ran her first marathon.
