Laura Gaudet is an associate at Dummit, Buchholz, & Trapp’s San Diego office, where she proudly represents hospitals and healthcare professionals in medical malpractice and general liability matters.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Laura holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, and a Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law. Upon graduation, she moved to San Diego and earned admission to the California and Nevada State Bars.

While in law school, Laura clerked at a personal injury firm and served as an extern with Nevada’s Department of Indigent Defense Services. She also performed research on behalf of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Veteran Task Force and volunteered with the UNLV Kid’s Court program. Prior to joining DB&T, Laura worked in lemon law and consumer protection litigation.

In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and pursuing her creative interests in sewing and quilting.
