Dick Harris has been an advocate on behalf of physicians, hospitals and related medical professionals for the past 25+ years, defending all aspects of medical negligence cases from case inception through trial. He has held Martindale-Hubbell's highest (AV preeminent) attorney rating for over 20 years, and has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a prestigious association of experienced trial lawyers and judges, since 1998.
Dick has successfully tried approximately 35 medical negligence cases to jury verdict, and resolved hundreds more through court motion, mediation or other means, working in concert with claims representatives for the cases and with his colleagues at Dummit, Buchholz & Trapp.
